Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, your order qualifies for free shipping when your order subtotal is a minimum of $75 and you choose USPS Ground Advantage.
The order subtotal maximum for this free shipping offer is $3,000. In the case of an order of $3,000 or more and you choose USPS Ground Advantage, please send an email to hello@livelyflock.com to inquire about the estimated cost of shipping, and place the order after learning the cost of shipping; otherwise if you place the order without sending an email first, we will send you an invoice for the cost of shipping.
When will my order be sent out to be shipped?
After you place your order, we will send it out for shipping within one to three business days unless there is an item in your order that has a longer fulfillment period as would be listed in the product description.
Shipping options and delivery time
Once your order is shipped, your estimated delivery time depends on which shipping method you choose.
With USPS Ground Advantage, your order is estimated to be delivered within 2-5 days of being shipped; non-continental orders are estimated to be delivered up to 26 days within being shipped.
If you choose UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver, your order is estimated to be delivered within 1-6 business days of being shipped.
The estimated delivery time for the shipping options are just estimates, and do not account for shipping carrier delays. Please order with enough time in advance of when you need to receive your order.

Expedited shipping
If you need to receive an order sooner than the shipping options on the Lively Flock website provide, please send an email to hello@livelyflock.com before placing an order to request an expedited shipping method, stating when you need to receive your order by, which products you’d like to order, and how many of each. Once you decide on the expedited shipping method, we will put in the order for you and send you an invoice; we will send out your order to be shipped within one to three business days after payment is received.
Do you offer order pickup?
Yes, you may pick up your order and avoid the cost of shipping if you indicate that you are in Michigan during the order process. The pickup location is in Waterford, Michigan. When placing your order, please indicate pickup. We will email you from hello@livelyflock.com within one to three business days of you placing your order so that you and Lively Flock can set up a time for you to pick up your order and we can provide you with the address. Once you provide an upcoming day and time of day you’re available to pick up the order, we will provide you with a time range of hours in which you will pick up your order, and any other pickup instructions such as providing your order number. Lively Flock has available windows of time for pickup typically between Monday and Saturday.
If you are sending someone on your behalf to pick up your order, please include that person’s full name in your email to us. Also, you must share the pickup instructions with that person. All references to you picking up your order made in this Shipping document, on this website, or any other platform affiliated with Lively Flock when addressing pickup and pickup information includes someone picking up your order on your behalf. So, if you send someone to pick up your order on your behalf and that person does not pick up your order, that is counted as you not picking up your order.
If you do not pick up your order by the end of the time range provided, please send an email to hello@livelyflock.com or we will email you to schedule another day and time range for pickup; please do not go to pick up your order the day after you scheduled your pickup day, as your order is not guaranteed to be available for you at a different time than the scheduled time range. However, you may email us asking if it is available the next day and what time range that would be. If we confirm via email that it is available the next day and what time range that would be, you are welcome to pick it up then; in this case, it would not count as rescheduling in the way we use the term in the paragraph below.
If you do not pick up your order and we reschedule, and you do not pick up your order on the rescheduled day and time range, we will ship your order. Not picking up your order twice (once being on the initial scheduled day and time range, and the second time being on the rescheduled day and time range) is your forfeit of order pickup and thereby the method of ensuring that you receive your order defaults to shipping using a paid carrier. We will send you an invoice for USPS Ground Advantage shipping and your order will be sent out to be shipped within one to three business days after your invoice for shipping is paid.
I’m outside of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. – can I place an order?

What are my shipping options for an oversized order?
In the case of a large order that counts as an oversized package that is 70-150 lbs or more and its size is greater than what the shipping methods that are automatically available on the website allow (approximately an order of more than $3,000), you may reach out to hello@livelyflock.com or if you place such an order, we may reach out to you about the cost of shipping with an invoice as applicable.
