Card handwritten & mailed for you

1. Select the card
2. Provide the recipient's address where you'd like the card mailed to within the USA. Check that this address is correct. (If the address is outside of the USA, email us at hello@livelyflock.com and we'll go from there.)
3. Provide your address within the USA which will be used as the return address. Check that this address is correct.
4. Label the addresses as recipient's and return address, and separate the two clearly, like with three slashes.
   1. Example: Recipient's address: John Smith, 100 Example St, Apt 100, New York, NY 10000. /// Return address: Jane Doe, 900 Jane Doe's St, CA, 90000.
5. Enter your message that we will handwrite in the card. Keep it clean, biblical, and lawful. Don't put anything explicit, crude, profane, or unbiblical.
6. Double-check your message so it's free from errors
7. Add to cart.
8. To avoid shipping charges, change your location to Michigan and choose "Pickup in Waterford, Michigan," then checkout. If you'd like to get other items completely unrelated to this service, please create a separate order (to avoid shipping charges).

 

To get multiple cards handwritten and mailed for you:

• Add this service as multiple cart items rather than changing the quantity on one cart item
• Customize this service for each cart item, and double-check that each card's recipient's address, return address, and message is entered correctly
• To avoid shipping charges, change your location to Michigan and choose "Pickup in Waterford, Michigan," then checkout

• If you don't provide your name in the return address, we will use a name you provide during order checkout for the return address
• You are responsible for making sure that the recipient is a valid recipient who may receive mail and that you may receive mail in the case that it gets returned
• You are responsible for making sure that your message complies with Lively Flock's requirements for the message to be clean, biblical, and lawful. You are responsible for making sure that your message is lawful and does not include anything explicit, crude, profane, or unbiblical. • If you don't want to place an order for this service because you don't want to comply with Lively Flock's requirements for the message, you are still able to buy and write your message in Lively Flock cards by visiting the Praise to God greeting card page or the May God Bless You greeting card page.
• After you place an order, Lively Flock may reach out to you in order to provide this service as best as possible. For example, we may contact you to clarify information or address any errors in your message such as spelling mistakes. For instance, some people intentionally spell words wrong as a joke, and others would prefer their errors to be corrected for them. We will use our best judgement when it comes to how to handle errors. Lively Flock reserves the right to either reach out to you or to correct errors without reaching out to you.
• Since this service includes handwriting, there may be slight imperfections. However, we will be careful when writing your message.
• In the case that you submit a message that has disallowed content with a relatively minor issue such as a vulgar term, Lively Flock may make a small change so that the card keeps the meaning of your message while remaining clean. In the case that your message has disallowed content which has more of a major issue, Lively Flock will contact you about how you would like to move forward with the message. If you don't respond to us within 3 business days, we will either (1) make a reasonable decision about how to tweak your message so that it can follow Lively Flock's message requirements while staying true to your intent for the message, (2) mail the blank card to you at the return address you provided, or (3) provide you with a refund for this service.
• Once Lively Flock handwrites and sends your mail, Lively Flock has fulfilled its service. From that point on, you are relying on postal carriers to sort and deliver your mail. Lively Flock is not responsible for the postal carriers' handling or mishandling of your mail. If the postal carriers lose, return, damage, or otherwise mishandle your mail, Lively Flock is not at fault and has fulfilled its service to the furthest extent that it can. That being said, please contact us at hello@livelyflock.com if you have any questions or concerns.
• If you order any gifts to be included in the card, the applicable sticker, sticker sheet, bookmark, and/or bookmark set may not be in a clear bag as it would be if it was being sold directly to a customer rather than being included as a gift.
• In communications about order confirmation and order fulfillment, the reference to your order being shipped refers to this service being fulfilled
